International Aquatic Research is associated with the IAU. The journal enjoys the full support of the IAU, who provide funds to cover all costs of publication, including the Article Processing Charges (APC’s) for all authors. Therefore the journal is both free to read and free to publish in for everyone.

Aims & scope
International Aquatic Research is an international peer-reviewed journal that publishes original research articles, short communications, and review articles in a broad range of areas relevant to all aspects of aquatic sciences (freshwater and marine waters). IAR is an open access journal which can be freely accessed by everyone. IAR aims to publish about 25 articles per year (each volume), therefore the strongest articles will be welcomed and published in IAR.
